You are entering an active construction site managed by Midnight. All visitors must follow safety protocols and be accompanied by a Midnight team member at all times.

For safety reasons, proper footwear is required: steel-toe shoes or boots only. Hard hats must be worn if available, and additional protective equipment may be required depending on the site.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed on-site under any circumstances. Anyone 16 or 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must follow all safety rules. By signing below, you understand the risks of entering a construction site and agree to follow all safety instructions. You release Midnight from any responsibility for injury or damages caused by failure to follow these rules. Access may be denied or revoked at any time if safety instructions aren’t followed.
