Availability: Part-time – Occasional weekend shifts in 2025 (outlined below), followed by ongoing weekend availability (Friday to Sunday) throughout 2026, with potential to transition into a full-time role
Schedule & Commitment

- Regular weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) with occasional weekday availability throughout 2026.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an outgoing and reliable Community Leasing Representative to join the Midnight Team in Barrie. This part-time position supports our sales and leasing initiatives for the Knights on Big Bay development. You’ll help build community awareness, assist with on-site leasing office activities and local events or festivals, and represent the Midnight brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the community about Knights on Big Bay and upcoming projects.
- Assist during events with setup, tear-down, and on-site logistics.
- Deliver flyers and coordinate direct mail campaigns.
- Support leasing and sales activations at local festivals and events.
- Provide friendly, informed service to event visitors and potential tenants.
Represent the Midnight brand at community functions throughout Barrie.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Available for event dates listed above and occasional weekend/evening work.
- Must have access to a car (mileage reimbursed for Barrie events and festivals).
- Reliable, friendly, and confident engaging with the public.
Compensation:
- $25/hour
- +$1 bonus per verified registration (completed on-site while working)
- Mileage reimbursement for approved local travel and 2026 Barrie events
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, leasing, marketing, events, or customer service preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with the public and representing a brand.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail during events.
- A basic understanding or interest in real estate, development, or community outreach is an asset (training provided).
- Experience in event setup, coordination, or promotions considered a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
