Barrie Rental Application Officially in Motion

We’re excited to share that our first Barrie purpose-built rental application is officially in motion!
Knights on Big Bay: Zoning amendment submitted for 2 front buildings, totaling approx. 456 purpose-built rentals! The King on Yonge: Zoning amendment in progress for an additional 230 units!

This marks a major step forward in our mission to deliver housing solutions, adding to our pipeline of 1,500+ units as we help shape the future of Barrie living.
